D&#8217;ETE<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Deux <strong>stages<\/strong> estivaux, <strong>encadr\u00e9s<\/strong> par Cl\u00e9ment LANDAIS et Paul CAUVIN (salari\u00e9s du club), sont pr\u00e9vus les :<br \/>\n<strong>&gt;&gt; lundi 8, mardi 9, mercredi 10 juillet <\/strong>(RDV au V\u00e9lodrome)<br \/>\n<strong>&gt;&gt; mercredi 17, jeudi 18 et vendredi 19 juillet <\/strong>(RDV au Stade Mikulak)<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ouverts \u00e0 toutes et tous, de 8 \u00e0 18 ans, licenci\u00e9s ou non, savoir nager 50m.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">De 9h \u00e0 17h : Natation en eau libre, v\u00e9lo de route (ou VTT si pas de v\u00e9lo de route), course \u00e0 pied, encha\u00eenements, jeux, pique-nique \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Mat\u00e9riel \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir :<\/strong> bonnet et lunettes de natation, maillot de bain, trifonction et porte-dossard si vous en avez en votre possession, v\u00e9lo de route ou VTT \u00e0 d\u00e9faut, casque, gourde, mat\u00e9riel de r\u00e9paration (chambre \u00e0 air), baskets, short, tee-shirt, hydratation et alimentation en
