vari\u00e9e a permis d&#8217;identifier le besoin commun \u00e0 tout organisateur d&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e8nement :<br \/>\n&#8211; Comment g\u00e9rer au mieux les b\u00e9n\u00e9voles, sans en perdre le sommeil ;<br \/>\n&#8211; Comment attirer et fid\u00e9liser les b\u00e9n\u00e9voles<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">En 2017, le hasard des rencontres nous r\u00e9unis autour de valeurs communes : nos parcours compl\u00e9mentaires permettent le passage de l&#8217;id\u00e9e \u00e0 la 1\u00e8re version de Vorg.fr test\u00e9e sur le Triathlon d&#8217;Angers en 2018.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
